Slot-Tickets revolutionized the industry with gaming’s first TITO paper tickets I n 2000, the ticket in, ticket out (TITO) system, now the standard at casinos all over the world, debuted and revolutionized the gaming industry. Slot-Tickets helped launch the revolution in 1998, when it worked with Future Logic to develop the paper used in IGT’s EZ Pay TITO technology. The Fiesta Casino in Henderson, Nevada was the first to use IGT’s EZ Pay and Slot-Tickets paper. Sixteen years later, Slot- Tickets is still the leading supplier for TITO tickets. The company was founded by Tom Mitchell and his wife, Susan. And although the WS Packaging Group bought Slot-Tickets, Susan and Tom continue to run the company. “Slot-Tickets is a group company withinthelargerWSPackagingGroup of companies,” says Susan Mitchell, president of Slot-Tickets. “Our staff is autonomous and dedicated to only Slot-Ticket productions, which greatly enhances our focus on only Slot-Ticket customers and ticket manufacturing from proof to shipping.” Slot-Tickets began manufacturing its tickets in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and eventually added a plant in Phoenix to help serve a global market and provide a 100 percent backup facility. It currently serves billions of tickets printed in casinos around the world. One of the underappreciated elements of the TITO system is paper. “We offer the best value in the worldwide market because we were the original producers of TITO tickets,” Mitchell says. “We developed and perfected the zero defect tolerances expected today by all properties.” “Every production is tested many times during the actual press production,” says Mitchell, who handles sales for the company from their Memphis, Tennessee office. “After the real-time testing at (the) press, there is a two-stage quality assurance follow up on the retained production samples from each job no matter how small or how big. These are retested in our labs at our twoproduction facilities inGreenBay and Phoenix. In addition, random production retained samples are re- tested in greater scrutiny for paper fiber quality and thermal chemistry consistency.” The two production facilities in Green Bay and Phoenix are also part of what makes Slot-Tickets unique. “We are the only producer with two redundant physical facilities,” says Mitchell. “Both Green Bay and Phoenix can interchange, at the touch of a keystroke, (and) produce the other’s products. We are seamlessly connected. If for any reason, let’s say a weather event, the sister plant can take over production requirements immediately. Within each facility we have the ability to quickly bring on line additional production resources. “Paper is a natural living product and we have our issues from time to time to keep the product as near perfect as possible over billions upon billions of tickets that are sold worldwide,” adds Tom Mitchell, Managing Director of Special Projects. “We rely heavily on our technical staff, production team For exceptional service, contact Susan Mitchell 901-377-1849 susan.mitchell@slot-tickets.com www.slot-tickets.com YOUR TRUSTEDCHOICE f o r r e l i ab i l i t y a nd unp r a l l e l ed s e r v i c e PERFORMANCE YOU CAN DEPEND ON: • Zero defects: no jamming, no downtime • Easy-lift, banded packs simplify unpacking & loading • Multiple plants for expedient production & delivery • Inventory management services • Exceptional, one-to-one customer service Approved for use by all TITO peripheral equipment OEMs and slot machine manufacturers worldwide The Original and Still the Best!
